ARKHOS ("we", "us", or "our") provides Neon Step Sprint, a casual platform game for TikTok Minis. This policy explains what information may be processed when you play.
The game may process gameplay progress, settings stored on your device, device and app identifiers, basic diagnostics, approximate region, and advertising interaction signals needed to operate the game, maintain stability, prevent abuse, and provide advertising. The game does not ask you to submit sensitive personal information.
The game may show TikTok Minis interstitial and rewarded video advertisements. TikTok and its service providers may process technical and ad interaction information under their own policies to deliver, measure, and limit advertising. ARKHOS does not sell personal information.
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for game operation, security, diagnostics, advertising measurement, or legal obligations. You may stop further game processing by ceasing to use the game.
The game is not directed to children under 13, and ARKHOS does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
